Shipping + Returns

Orders ship from Houston within 2 – 4 days from when the order was placed. Orders over $75 receive free shipping.  Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

Damages

We do our best to ensure that our products are packed securely to avoid damage.  In the rare instance that your order arrives damaged, please email hello@fireflyluxe.com with your order # and a photo of the damage and we will send you a replacement product as soon as possible.

Returns

We strive to create a product you love, but understand if you are not happy with your order. However, due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. Your satisfaction and happiness with our products is very important to us.
